Area of action & service
Only the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, exclusive
to peterbijoux.com and valid at the time the orderwas made,
apply to all business relations between peterbijoux.com and
the customer.
§ 1 Fulfilment of Contract
A contract peterbijox.com and the customer, comes about through
the customer making an order (sending off the Shopping Trolley)
and its acceptance by peterbijoux.com (confirmation of order).
The customer's order is carried out via the sending of the
completely filled in "order form", which will be
prepared by peterbijoux.com on the Internet. we accept the
order via the sending of an order confirmation.
§ 2 Revocation
The Customer can cancel his order, writing immedieately an
email or fax to (+39 0473 237664). Thereupon, we confirm the
annulment of the order.
§ 3 Prices
Our bills will be issued in Euros. The amount in Euros will
be shown on the order confirmation and icludes VAT.
§ 4 Supplies
The supply takes place at the expense and danger of the orderer.
The danger turns into on the orderer, if the commodity leaves
our stocks. The ordered goods will be prepared within a few
working days. We reserve the right in this case to dissolve
the contract. Should you have already paid the purchasing
price, you will receive an immediate refund.
§ 5 Rentention of Title
The supplied commodity remains up to the complete payment
of the invoice amount as well as all other, from the business
relations with our enterprise to demands from supplies, developed
today, our property.
§ 6 Terms of Payment
Calculations are immediately net checkout for payment due.
You can pay by name or by credit card
Credit card payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard,Diners Club, American
Express and Cartasí. You enter your credit card information
directly onto the screen when you make your order. Our credit
card information will be transferred to our Server via a secure
connection (128 Bit SSL encryption). After the Clearing Process
your information will be automatically deleted from the Server.
In this way we are able to guarantee you the highest degree
of security possible. Of course we can also receive credit
card information via telephone and fax.
§ 7 Non-Liability
Requirements for compensation from delay,
impossibility of the performance, positive demand violation,
being to blame for with conclusion of a contract and from
bad action are impossible, as far as the damage was not caused
by deliberate or roughly negligent concerning. Impossible
also compensation demands from more incorrectly, in particular
are in the case of color and material deviations, that from

§ 8 Notice of Defect
Objections can be considered only within 8 days after receipt
of the commodity and under collecting main of a copy invoice.

§ 9 Our Refund Policy

§ 10 Performance Place
As performance place in each case the place of dispatching
the goods is agreed upon.
§ 11 Area of Jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction is in Merano/Meran (Italy) and
the Italian Law will be applicable. The German language version
of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale carries legal
validity.
§ 12 Data Protection
Personal details necessary for the completion of the contract
must be supplied by the customer. Details needed for the purchasing
process will be saved (if necessary) during the proper completion
of the order process. We guarantee you the highest security
and are committed to protecting your data from unauthorised
access by third parties
§ 13 Final Considerations
If one or more of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
regulations become void the validity of the other regulations
will not be affected. The ineffective regulation will be replaced
by another appropriate legal regulation.
